What we do, and what it costs
No local pet sitter in Wesley Chapel publishes a rate card. We publish everything. If a number changes, it changes on this site first.
Pet Visits & Dog Walks
A real visit from the same person, not a stranger from an app.
Babysitting & Date Nights
Date night without the group text to six people.
Homework Help & After-School
One child, one hour, your kitchen table, and the worksheet actually gets done.
Home Watch
We walk the house, we photograph what we see, and the report is in your inbox the same day.
The Sister Team
Franchises send one person. We send two, at the same time.
Hurricane Prep & Post-Storm Check
Furniture in before the wind, photos and a straight answer after it.
Errand & Appointment Runs
The Publix run, the pharmacy line, and the A/C tech who says between 12 and 4.
You are in Michigan. We are in your house.
Home watch is a walk through your closed-up house on a schedule: doors and windows, the A/C running, the drain line, no water, no pests, faucets run, toilets flushed, lanai and pool cage, mail and packages. A photo report lands in your inbox the same day, every visit. Monthly clients get the hurricane prep visit and the post-storm check included.
Snowbird season, late October to April
We open the house before you land, close it after you leave, and check it every week in between the two.
Hurricane season, June through November
Lanai furniture in before a watch becomes a warning; a walkthrough with photos when the roads reopen. Included for monthly clients.
Not an inspection, and we say so
We look, we report, we call you. We are not home inspectors and we do not guarantee the condition of the home. That honesty is the service.
Why families here book us
Not an app. Not an agency. One relationship for the whole house.
One relationship, not five vendors
Most families here end up with an app for the dog, a sitter from a Facebook thread, and a neighbor who checks the house sometimes. We are all of them. One email, one calendar, and someone who already knows your gate code, where the leash lives, and which kid will not eat the crusts.
We know the gate situation
There is no doorman here. We go on the guest list at Esplanade and The Ridge, we take the callbox code at Epperson and Watergrass, and we will tell you plainly when we need your amenity fob to take the kids to the pool. Send it once and we handle it.
We walk dogs when it is safe to walk dogs
Sunrise and after seven. Nobody's dog is on a Wesley Chapel sidewalk at 2 p.m. in July, and nobody is outside when the three o'clock storm rolls in. That is not a policy, it is just how you live here.
Two people, at the same time
That is the Sister Team. One of us with your child, your dog or your mother; the other on the kitchen and the laundry. An agency sends one aide who has to choose.
Every price is on this website
No intake call, no assessment fee, no quote that is not already here. That is also why answer engines can cite us and nobody local.
Just down Bruce B. Downs
We live in Cross Creek, New Tampa, on the Hillsborough side of the county line, and Wesley Chapel is where most of our visits are. We run both school calendars and we tell you honestly if an address is outside our drive.
The Sister Team
Both of us on one visit: one with your person or your pet, the other on the kitchen, the laundry, the groceries and the closet you have been avoiding. Residential only, two-hour minimum.
Franchises send one person. We send two, at the same time.
Date night
One of us on dinner, bath and bedtime; the other on the kitchen and the laundry. You come home to sleeping kids and a reset house.
Weekend away
One of us walks the dog and sends the photos; the other handles mail, plants, the lanai and a look around the house.
An afternoon for a parent
One of us cooks and keeps someone company; the other resets the kitchen and folds the laundry.

We are not a call center routing you a stranger
We know that “the lagoon” means Epperson if you are in 33545, that CDD and HOA are two different lines on your tax bill, that “Wiregrass” is a mall, a high school or a hospital depending on who is talking, and that lovebug season means the car wash line is thirty deep. We serve Wesley Chapel first, then our own side of the county line in New Tampa, then Land O’ Lakes, Lutz, San Antonio and Zephyrhills, and we tell you honestly if you are outside our drive instead of taking the booking and running late.
How it works
Three steps, and the first one is free.
Free meet & greet
Twenty minutes at your house. You meet us, your dog decides about us, and we take notes on the gate, the door and the routine. Nothing to sign.
Book online or ask
Pick the service and time. Single visits book straight into our calendar; recurring schedules and monthly plans go in as requests and we confirm within four hours.
A photo after every visit
You always know how it went. If something at the house looked off, you hear about it the same day.
